Emergency Callout, Farndon

Responding promptly to an urgent situation, we received an emergency call from a customer who had inadvertently overloaded a plug, resulting in the melting of the faceplate. Recognising the potential hazards and safety concerns associated with such incidents, our team swiftly arrived at the location to assess and address the issue. For this job, no internal work needed doing, however, we did need to replace the plug socket.
