This solar installation was for a new customer, who heard about us from word of mouth. We installed an 8.69kW peak solar system with 20kW of battery storage. We conducted a free consultation, where we provided the customer with a proposal of the estimated payback period and system performance. Providing this information for potential customers helps them make smart financial decisions by knowing when they'll see a return on their investment. They can compare options and choose the most cost-effective one. Overall, it helps potential customers understand if solar panels are for them, depending on their financial goals. After our team advised the customer on what package would be right for them, regarding their energy consumption usage, two weeks after our initial contact we arranged a convenient day to start the installation, which took 3 days. After the installation, the customer also opted for our maintenance services, once a year. This includes cleaning and checking the performance of the system. A benefit of the customer having a SolarEdge system installed means they can monitor each individual solar panel performance, which indicates when they need to be maintained or if there is a fault.
